How to Participate Shillong Teer Lottery
If anyone is interested in Meghalaya Shillong Lottery, then they can easily participate in it. All they have to do is to buy the tickets from Tier Betting Center located in Meghalaya. Tickets are available from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Shillong Night Arrow is also played there. Everyone should buy Shillong Tier Lottery tickets from authorized shops only.
If you buy a ticket for 1 Rupee and if you win then your winning amount is about 80 Rupees. If you buy with 100 Rupee then the winning amount is 8000 Rupee. The participant will estimate the last two numbers of the total number of arrows fired and hit at the target in a day. Whoever guesses the number correctly wins the lottery. In the first round about 50 archers shoot 1000 arrows and in the second round about 500 arrows are shot.

There are 12 clubs in Shillong Teer. Everyone has a different schedule. To publish the results of the game. Shillong Teer Lottery is held on all working days (Monday to Saturday). History of Shillong TEER
No one knows about the special history of Shillong TEER game. People only know that it was started by the people of Meghalaya in the early 20th century. It is said that long ago when the English people attacked the people of Meghalaya, many people of Meghalaya saved their lives with the help of Teer. The use of teer in Meghalaya was from ancient times.
With the evolution of time the people of Meghalaya became expert archers and started different sports at local level, in different places. Meanwhile, people were caught up in it. Hence tier games started at expert level in numerous cities of Meghalaya, now those cities have their own games like Shillong, Khanpara, Juwai, Shillong teer Morning, Shillong teer night etc.
